I'm not a big fan of speaking, but L&S was always a fun class to attend, especially when we were learning phonetics in our only F2F class. I learned the phonetic alphabet, orthography, and how to be a vlogger, which is not as easy as it sounds, ya.

This table was really fun to learn. Most would say one of the interesting aspects of being a TESL or linguistics student is that you will have a sort of secret language between one another. Granted, it isn't the most complicated but it's not too simple, either.
